¿Can I make a Tee-time reservation within the app?

No, for now, golf courses do not receive electronic reservations like hotels, and it is necessary to call and book your tee time. Upon arrival at the club's reception, you will be able to check in with your app by scanning the visible barcode on-site and receive your benefit.

¿Can I simply show up at a golf course and ask for the discount described in the app?

Although it's possible, we do not recommend doing so without reservation. Many times golf courses have tournaments or events during which tee time availability is closed.

¿With the available coupons, can I transfer a benefit to another person?

That is no longer possible, the new Golf Passport membership is personal and non-transferable.

¿Can I buy the Pack of 10 coupons for a single course without having the membership?

No, it is essential to have an annual Golf Passport membership to receive any of the benefits described in the app.

¿Can I buy the pack of 10 coupons more than once?

Yes, as long as your membership is active, you can buy it as many times as you want. Make sure to use them before your annual membership expires if you haven't renewed it, as they will be lost in that case.

A golf course I like was available in the app and now I can't find it anymore.

The available courses have the right to participate in Golf Passport but also to stop offering benefits. They can disappear from the list of courses at any time. Similarly, new courses will appear without prior notice, and your coupon collection will increase automatically.

¿Some courses are not on the list, but I find them in the Green Fees list. Can't I use the standard system and pay the green fee upon arrival at the course?

Some courses, especially in beach destinations, pre-sell their green fees and do not accept reservations without advance payment. In the Green Fees section, you will be able to reserve and purchase them with a benefit compared to their public rate.

¿If I buy and reserve in the Green Fees section and I, for personal reasons, don't show up, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, those courses have a 100% payment policy in case of a No-Show. Golf Passport will not refund your green fee because it has to pay to the course.

¿Do I have to pay to be able to download the app from the Apple or Android store?

It is not necessary to pay to have the app and navigate within it. You will be able to see the benefits per course and information about all the courses. Payment is required when you want to make a reservation or receive benefits.
